This is a single session designed to boost your willpower and weight loss using a combination of weight loss coaching and motivational techniques all backed up with daily text support.
If you are new to FATnosis:
- We will talk about your personal history of weight loss and work on leaving behind all those excuses which have prevented you from losing and maintaining a good weight loss.
- I will give you a sample 80/20 meal plan for you to work with and I will provide you with motivational tools which you can take away and implement to keep you on track for success.
- In addition, you will receive follow up text support for the 10 days following our session to help you embed your new slim habits.
If you are an existing client who wants a refresher, the session and the text follow-up will be tailored to you.
The fee for this session including the 10 days of text support is £45. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via Paypal.
