This is a single session designed to boost your willpower and weight loss using a combination of weight loss coaching and motivational techniques all backed up with daily text support.
- We will talk about your personal history of weight loss and work on leaving behind all those excuses which have prevented you from losing and maintaining a good weight loss.
- I will give you a sample 80/20 meal plan for you to work with and I will provide you with motivational tools which you can take away and implement to keep you on track for success.
- In addition, you will receive follow up text support for the 10 days following our session to help you embed your new slim habits.
The session is delivered in the comfort of your own home via Skype.
The fee for this session including the 10 days of text support is £45. Payment can be made by bank transfer or with a credit or debit card via Paypal.
