No excuses!

If you want to lose weight and get fitter, you just have to flipping do it!

Last night, it was cold, dark and very rainy but 17 of my beginner runners turned up and ran round the streets with me and my fellow leader blowing our whistles and shouting encouragement. They all had a great time and learnt that running in the rain is actually pretty cool – literally!
