Want to start running? Found Couch to 5k too hard?
If, like me, you have started but failed to complete c25k many times or have got as far as downloading the App but have not found the time, motivation or courage to get out and do it, then think about joining a local running group or buddying up with a friend.
If you live in and around Huntingdon or Peterborough and can get along to Sawtry on a Sunday morning or a Tuesday or Thursday evening, then you can join my beginners running group and have fun while getting fitter.
