Do you tend to eat up what your child leaves on their plate?
This was a FAT HABIT my client today used to have. Whatever her child didn’t eat, she would. But NOW any leftovers go where they should go – in the bin.
If this is something you do, next time your fingers reach out to pick up a left over chicken nugget, STOP, LOOK and LISTEN.
STOP – shout it out if you want but if you don’t want to look too crazy, imagine someone shouting STOP so loud that it makes you jump
LOOK – look at what you were about to do and
LISTEN to your inner voice and take CONTROL of that moment and of the food and simply scrape the leftovers straight into the bin before congratulating yourself on taking CONTROL.
That leftover food can FAT OFF and you can enjoy a slimmer future as you make each FAT HABIT history.
